Taking on social responsibility is an integral part of our value-based corporate culture. Our social commitment, especially in our home region, is firmly anchored in our corporate social responsibility concept. Our corporate social responsibility focuses on the promotion of charitable actions and educational initiatives, work-life balance, occupational health as well as environmental protection and sustainability.
It is important to us to bring science and technology closer to children and young people and to provide fair support opportunities for all in the STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
As a technology company, we support various school projects, associations and initiatives in educational sector, such as Futurelabs or MINT-Region Main-Tauber e.V.
MINT-Region Main-Tauber e.V.
As a founding member of the regional association "MINT-Region Main-Tauber e.V.", we join efforts with other companies, municipalities and institutions such as the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach to further promote the STEM topics (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) throughout the Main-Tauber region for children and young people.
The aim of the initiative with the motto: "Together we are strong" is to promote the talents of children, teenagers and young adults and to secure the next generation in academic and non-academic professions related to the STEM subjects. The focus is on jointly offering and coordinating STEM activities, including those that already exist, on the basis of supporting the Jugendtechnikschule Taubertal in Bad Mergentheim. The school is to merge with the extracurricular education initiative "MINT hoch4" and be expanded to the entire district. Throughout the region, all STEM activities are to be networked and further offers along the entire educational chain are to be organised. In addition to the Jugendtechnikschule Taubertal, we want to develop STEM courses and projects at schools and other educational institutions in the region.
FUTURELABS
As a founding member and sponsor of Futurelabs gGmbH, we also support the Futurelabs workshops in Lauda and assist young people on their professional journey. We get in touch with other companies in the region to promote networking and support within the industries and to maintain and expand the attractiveness of the Tauberfranken region for qualified professionals. i.safe MOBILE i.safe MOBILE engages in regular exchange with the idea generator, founder and honorary CEO of Futurelabs gGmbH, president and CEO of the world market leader for constant temperature equipment and systems LAUDA, Dr. Gunther Wobser and the Futurelabs network manager, Matthias Weber. As part of the Digital Hub network (a project initiated and funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg), the Futurelabs in Lauda also serves as a contact point for medium-sized companies, helps them with their digital transformation and aims to stimulate interdisciplinary cooperation.
Christmas donation 2022
The company from Lauda-Koenigshofen is donating 2,500 euros each to the „Bad Mergentheimer Tafel“ support association and the „Lauda-Koenigshofer Tafel“ support association. The management of i.safe MOBILE GmbH presented both cheques to the association chairpersons at a meeting on 5 December, the International Volunteer Day. During the presentation of the donations at i.safe MOBILE's headquarters, the guests gave an overview of the current situation in the food banks, which is very tense due to crises.
"CREATIVE MINDS"
With our annual support of the "Creative Minds" competition in the Tauberfranken region, we want to work with schools and companies in the area to get young people excited about STEM topics. Students between the ages of 13 and 19 are given the opportunity to put their innovative ideas from the fields of science, technology, engeneering or mathematics (STEM) into practice with our support.
Christmas donation 2021
The Christmas donation has been an integral part of i.safe MOBILE's comprehensive corporate social responsibility concept for years. This year i.safe MOBILE is donating 5,000 euros to the association “Verein der Freunde und Förderer des Caritas Krankenhauses Bad Mergentheim e. V.” and a further 5,000 euros to the initiative “Sprungbrett e. V.” in Bad Mergentheim.
Königshofener Fair Run
We are one of the main sponsors of the Königshofener Fair Run, which takes place annually on the third weekend in September on the occasion of the Königshofer Fair, a traditional folk festival in Lauda-Königshofen. In the past years, we have been successfully at the start with our own, very motivated team of runners.
